Vision for Redding
In everything we do, we strive to make Redding the best place in California to do business. We love where we live, so we advocate for a safe, clean, thriving city, to ensure that the Redding area is a desirable place to live, work and visit.
Government Affairs
We are committed to being a trustworthy source of information for the business community in Shasta County. To accomplish this, we sponsor candidate and issue forums, hold discussion groups, and give legislative updates. We ensure that your greatest priorities are communicated to local elected
and appointed officials.
Redding City Identity Project
A city with a positive identity is better positioned for job creation, strong local business growth, further economic development, and increased tourism income for the city. The Redding City Identity Project was an initiative launched in 2018 to:
-
Improve the quality of life for Redding residents
-
Improve Redding's competitive advantage as a place to live, vacation, and invest
-
Increase community pride and collaboration

The Redding Chamber raised half a million dollars to spearhead projects that have become iconic to our area:
-
Redding Garden of Lights
-
Downtown Monument Sign
-
Electric Alley
-
Telmo Miel mural on Pine Street.
